CHAPTER VI. ELECTIONSCHAPTER VI. ELECTIONS\Article 2. Wards

The city council may divide the city into wards, establish the boundaries thereof and number the same. All wards in the city shall remain the same unless changed by the governing body within 30 days prior to the date fixed for the holding of an election of any kind in such wards.

All of the territory in the city limits lying east of the Neosho River shall constitute the first ward.

All of the territory in the city limits lying south of main street and west of the Neosho River shall constitute the second ward.
